Charming Ljubljana
“Ljubljana is a romantic, charming, and clean city,” was the European Commission's justification for declaring Ljubljana the European Green Capital. Ljubljana also received numerous other accolades and awards, e.g. “City of Literature” (UNESCO) and “top tourist destination” (The Rough Guide travel guides). It is often described as a small, beautiful, simple, relaxed, safe, healthy, and cultural city, so let’s enjoy Ljubljana.
