We are looking for new interesting locations for developing residential and commercial buildings. We are interested in buying land that is available for construction and at least 3,000 m2 or more in size.

Every successful real-estate project starts with buying suitable land. For this purpose, Prva hiša is constantly looking for new interesting locations for the development of residential and commercial buildings.

We develop medium-sized real-estate projects – for example to build 50 to 100 apartments, a neighbourhood of 15 or more houses, bigger office buildings, shopping centers and similar.
General characteristics of the land we need:

  • size: from 3,000 m2 on;
  • building plot;
  • land with detailed municipal spatial plan or obtained building permit.
